Paradigm Flow Services has invested approximately US$7.2 million in a new headquarters and test center in Drumoak.

The company has a 15-year lease on Paradigm House from MacDonald Properties (Aberdeen) Ltd., which will provide capacity for up to 80 people as it ramps up its international operations.

The building includes 18,000sq ft of office and workshop space and a 51,000sq ft yard that has an advanced test center that will allow Paradigm to fully develop and refurbish equipment under one roof.

These facilities for firewater deluge, subsea systems, specialist industrial cleaning and pressure testing will also be available for oil and gas companies to utilize for trials and training purposes.

Paradigm’s new facility will allow the company to showcase its technologies for blockage remediation including deluge integrity management, Pipe-Pulse and Flexi-Coil Extended Reach, in a replicated offshore environment.

There will be testing and refurbishing equipment onsite, including a full deluge remediation and testing system, a subsea umbilical system with the main components, subsea flowlines and piggable loops. Facilities will also provide an effective platform for training.

In 1h 2014, Paradigm delivered more than $12.6 million worth of contracts.
