Bob Coates has been named COO of Aberdeen headquartered FPSO moorings and marine engineering services company Sigma Offshore. Previously a director of London Marine Consultants, now part of Singapore-based Ezra Holdings, Coates is tasked with developing Sigma’s presence in London having just opened a new office there.
