TAM International introduced a new V0-rated cementing port collar to complement their extensive cement integrity product line. For casing integrity, the metal-to-metal (MTM) design port collar meets the industry’s latest and most rigorous standard, ISO 14998 V0, Annex A and Annex D, which is confirmed gas-tight at 300° F (150° C).
Offering life-of-well reliability, the MTM cementing port collar does not require drill out after cementing. Its customizable features address critical well conditions, including high torque, drilldown, and deepwater applications. Also, TAM’s casing annulus packer can be integrated with the new port collar to provide an open hole packer combined with a V0 port collar.
The V0-rated cementing port collar is part of TAM’s suite of cement integrity product offerings under the umbrella of EPIC solutions (Essential Products for Integrity and Containment), which includes the inflatable casing annulus packer (CAP), the FREECAP swellable packer portfolio, and the HATCH Packer (integrating TAM’s premium MTM sealing port collar and CAP).
