Noreco CFO resigns

Noreco’s CFO Ørjan Gjerde will leave the company by 31 August 2014 to take part in a new business venture. Noreco announced that the search for his replacement has already commenced.

Gjerde played a central role in the financial and operational restructuring of the company, most notably the refinancing that took place in the fall of 2013. During his time at Noreco, Gjerde also headed the company’s investor relation activities.
