Lishui 36-1 gas field begins production

Hong Kong-based CNOOC Ltd. announced the Lishui 36-1 gas field began production.

The Lishui 36-1 gas field is located 150km from Wenzhou city Zhejiang province, with an average water depth of approximately 84m.

The gas field has four producing wells, and its primary production facilities include a comprehensive platform and a processing terminal.

CNOOC Ltd. is the operator with 51% interest along with partners Primeline Energy China Ltd. (36.75% ) and Primeline Petroleum Corp (12.25%).
