Jephcott resigns as founding ROC Oil director

Will Jephcott has retired as a director of ROC effective immediately, the company announced 12 December 2012.

Jephcott was a founding director, holding the post since February 1997. Jephcott also served as chairman of the Audit and Risk committee.

"Will has made a valuable contribution to ROC as a member of the Board over the past 15 years and has been a great source of support, guidance and counsel during that time," said ROC Chairman Andrew Love. "On behalf of the Company I thank him for his continual support and wish him well for his retirement."
