FMC wins $26M subsea order for Bayu Undan project

ConocoPhillips Ltd. Australia Pty Ltd. has awarded FMC Technologies an order to supply subsea equipment for its Bayu Undan Phase 3 project. The order has an estimated value of US $26 million.

The Bayu Undan field is located in the Timor Sea, approximately 280 mi (450 km) northwest of Darwin, Australia. FMC Technologies' scope of supply includes subsea trees, wellheads, jumper kits and associated control systems.

FMC Technologies, Inc. is a leading global provider of technology solutions for the energy industry. The company has abouty 18,900 employees and operates 30 production facilities in 16 countries. FMC Technologies designs, manufactures and services technologically sophisticated systems and products such as subsea production and processing systems, surface wellhead systems, high pressure fluid control equipment, measurement solutions, and marine loading systems for the oil and gas industry.
