Busch Brazil opens pump factory

June 19, 2013

Vacuum pump, blower and vacuum systems manufacturer Busch inaugurated a new factory in Jarina, 50km north of Sao Paulo, Brazil. In the presence of the Mayor of Jarina and 280 invited guests, the new factory was officially opened by Dr Karl Busch, Kaya Busch and the general manager of Busch do Brasil, Hans Lang.

The new factory is one of the most modern of the globally active Busch group which is headquartered in Maulburg, Germany. The canopy in front of the new building was designed to resemble a tree by the Brazilian architect Adriano Stancati. The tree is meant to symbolically represent Busch's continued growth. Together with the inauguration of the new factory, the 50th corporate anniversary of Busch was also marked at the event. In addition to Brazil, Busch also has representations in Argentina and Chile on the South American continent.
