HBW to manage and grow RPSEA

Published

The Research Partnership to Secure Energy for America (RPSEA) has engaged HBW Resources to manage and grow its capabilities and opportunities to focus research on the development and deployment of safe and environmentally sensitive technologies to efficiently deliver domestic energy resources.

HBW will utilize its expertise in the energy industry and public sector to find and manage new research opportunities for RPSEA in the future.

"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with RPSEA to identify and manage new research projects that will help the US meet its energy needs, safely, cleanly and efficiently into the future," said Jack Belcher, executive vice president, HBW Resources. "With its extensive membership and technical capabilities, RPSEA is well-positioned to perform cutting-edge research that will revolutionize America's ability to efficiently and safely produce energy."

In order to achieve its goals for RPSEA, HBW has retained the services of Tom Williams, a former RPSEA board member who has institutional knowledge of the program and industry. Williams, a former US Department of Energy official, will provide valuable leadership in the growth of the organization.

In this new partnership, HBW and RPSEA are focused on expanding the opportunities to utilize RPSEA's capabilities and find real solutions that can be directly applied to solving the energy challenges of the US in coming decades.
