David Stephen has been appointed GM Europe-Africa for Positioneering, an Aberdeen startup company providing GNSS-based positioning services for the offshore market. He joins from Specialist Subsea Services where he was GM of the Caledonian-Geotech division, and prior to that worked for Subsea7 Veripos in engineering, operations and business development roles.
