Philip Luna is the new CEO of Universal/Pegasus International. Interim CEO Bob Deason will remain as executive chairman. Luna, who began his career with ExxonMobil, joined UPI from Jacobs Engineering where he held various positions, including VP business development, VP projects and VP operations in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
