Independent oil and gas producer Vår Energi said it has signed frame agreements with Apply Sørco and Aker Solutions for modifications and maintenance support for the company’s operated assets.

The frame agreements, which cover operation, maintenance, modification and engineering services, have a duration of three years with options for a total of two additional years, Vår Energi said in a statement.

Aker Solutions revealed in a separate announcement that the frame agreement is for three years, with an option for two additional years.

Aker Solutions said the value of its contract will be determined by future call-offs by the operator and license partners, but the oilfield services company estimates it will book about NOK 600 million ($65.4 million) as order intake in the fourth quarter.
