Stephen M. Johnson to retire from McDermott International

Stephen M. Johnson will retire as McDermott International Inc.’s chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer— and as a director of McDermott this month. David Dickson will succeed Johnson as president and CEO. Dickson has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer, a position he will hold until December.
