BG Group’s Europe business has signed contracts with Wood Group PSN and Stork Technical Services (RBG) to provide a range of specialist support over the next five years to its Armada, Everest and Lomond assets in the central North Sea.

The two companies will work alongside BG Group’s North Sea operations teams, to provide engineering, project management and construction services, as well as shutdowns, asset integrity and maintenance support to its offshore facilities.

The focus will be on better planning and more efficiency. The combined contract value is around £300 million.

As was announced earlier in the year, AMEC will continue to provide dedicated support to the flotel campaigns on Everest and Lomond, planned for 2014 and 2015.
