Vantage nets Aquamarine Driller extension

Vantage Drilling has been awarded a nine-month extension for the Aquamarine Driller jackup that is operating in the Malaysia/Thailand joint development area.

The jackup has been under contract with Carigali-PTTEP Operating Co. (CPOC).

“This rig continues to be one of the best performing jackups in South East Asia delivering efficient drilling operations and completing wells ahead of schedule and under budget,” Alisdair Semple - director of marketing said on the company’s LinkedIn page.
