LQT inks GoM accommodation modules work

LQT Industries has been awarded aluminum accommodation modules to three platforms in the Gulf of Mexico to support drilling and production operations.

The packages consist of 24 aluminum accommodations modules that will house approximately 136 personnel to support offshore operations. The aluminum modules are comprised of different layouts including 12-, six-, and four-bed sleepers, offices, galleys, recreation rooms, and auxiliary buildings. 

LQT has also won multiple projects for the refurbishment of living quarters on offshore platforms that involves mechanical insulation, interior joinery, and HVAC services.
