ConocoPhillips is expected to enter into a frame agreement with Norway's AF Gruppen for the future removal and disposal of up to seven platforms in the Southern North Sea.

The frame agreement includes engineering, preparation, removal and disposal (EPRD) of up to seven satellite platforms with a total tonnage of approx. 10,000-tonne within the next 10 years.

“AF Gruppen has extensive experience with offshore EPRD projects, and this agreement fits well with our capacity and expertise. We are delighted with the confidence shown in us by ConocoPhillips (UK),” says Morten Grongstad, CEO of AF Gruppen.”
