Norway based marine seismic surveyor Magseis Fairfield announced Wednesday it has received a letter of intent (LoI) for a two-month deepwater data acquisition program in the Gulf of Mexico.

The survey is due to commence late in the fourth quarter of 2019, the company said.

Magseis Fairfield CEO Per Christian Grytnes said, “The award demonstrates our strong position in the Gulf of Mexico and the high activity level in this market.”
