Aquatic Engineering & Construction, an Acteon company, has appointed Bill Smart business development manager, North America. Smart joins Aquatic from Prime Source Packaging, where he was vice president of sales & service. Previously, he held engineering and project management positions with Oceaneering Intervention Engineering, Oil States, Unigraphics Solutions, and Global Compression Services.
