Contract wins for Worley

Australian engineering firm WorleyParsons has won two contracts, offshore Australia and on and offshore Africa.

Worley Parsons is to provide brownfield engineering services to Chevron for the operator's west Australian assets, under a master services agreement lasting initially five years. 

The work will include pre-commissioning and commissioning engineering services, on-site engineering support, turnaround engineering support services, and quality assurance services, including design verification and inspection.

In Africa, its Nigerian joint venture company, DeltaAfrik, is to work for Addax Petroleum under a three year contract.

This will be to provide engineering and project services for capital projects and operating assets on and offshore West Africa, including Nigeria, Cameroon, and Gabon.

Services will be provided from DeltaAfrik offices in Lagos and WorleyParsons’ offices in London, Houston and Beijing.
