Spain's Zamakona Yards has launched its second Havyard HY820-design field support and emergency response vessel, the Ocean Marlin.

The vessel, which is due to work in the North Sea for French oil major Total from Q2, is the second of three vessels Zamakona Yards will launch. All three vessels are contracted to Norwegian shipping company Atlantic Offshore.

The 66.8m-long and 16m-beam vessel, built in Pasajes, cost nearly €25 million.

It has two, 2500kW MAN motors and capacity to rescue 300 people.
