Ray Frisby (pictured) has been named technical director for TAM International. Frisby will lead development of new technologies. Company subsidiary TAM Completion Systems has appointed Jim McGowin as its general manager. He will be charged with establishing, managing and growing operations and sales for the recently created entity.
