Subsea 7 awarded FES International a contract for the supply of fully automated diverless bend stiffener connectors (DBSCs).
DBSCs are one of FES’s most successful product lines and this is the 10th fully automatic end fitting release system DBSC.
DBSCs enable the quick, efficient and cost-effective installation of bend stiffeners on offshore deep sea drilling operations. The manufacture of the DBSCs is currently underway at FES International UK headquarters in Northumberland, UK.
