The IWCF System 21 e‐Learning Drilling course is a level 2 basic well control course that uses interactive tasks and role‐play scenarios to familiarize the learners with well control concepts while emphasizing proper procedures and teamwork.

The course is available in surface and combined surface/subsea stack designations, and imperial and metric unit measurements. The course is designed for drilling and well servicing personnel, consultants, asset managers, engineers and wellsite support personnel.

This self‐paced course takes 16 hours to complete. Upon successful completion of the course material and a passing test grade, learners will receive the IWCF level 2 certification and 1.6 CEU.

“The System 21 drilling course has been well‐received by our customers,” Ed Geissler, president of Well Control School said. “As a global oil and gas training provider, the e‐learning IWCF accreditation helps us provide the latest knowledge and expertise to the international oil and gas community through a proven learning format that is available 24 hours a day, every day.”

In addition to its IWCF accreditation, the course has IADC WellSharp, Well Control School and International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) accreditations.
