Royal IHC has appointed Dave Vander Heyde as its new CEO effective 1 September, as the current CEO, Bram Roelse steps down from the role on the same day.

Heyde has been CFO at IHC since 2011. Accustomed to the challenges the company is facing, his experience will be an invaluable asset in his new role, the company said.

As CEO Roelse rolled out the IHC2020 strategy under difficult market conditions. The supervisory board is extremely grateful for this and his enormous contribution to IHC over the past 16 years.
