Bill Bayliss (pictured) has been appointed group chief executive of Viking Moorings, the mooring solutions provider which recently underwent a financial restructuring involving the existing shareholders. Bayliss, who is based at the company’s Aberdeen operations centre, previously served as COO with Topaz Engineering in Dubai and prior to that Petrofac.
