UDS Lines Up Work for Ultra Deep Matisse

Singapore-based Ultra Deep Solutions (UDS) said it has signed the newbuild dive support vessel Ultra Deep Matisse to a long term contract for a major EPC player. The contract is said to be worth between $50 million to $250 million.

The 143-meter Matisse is an DP3 vessel with a 24-man saturation system and twin bell capabilities. The vessel, built by the China Merchants Heavy Industry (CMHI) shipyard, will be delivered to the customer in the second quarter of 2020.
