Seabird bags LOA for Asian survey

SeaBird Exploration Plc. was awarded a 30-day contract for the Aquila Explorer from a company in the Asia Pacific region. The contract is valued at about US$3 million. The vessel  is currently working for another company in the region on a 30-day contract with an estimated value of approximately $3 million. 

The Harrier Explorer was scheduled to complete the Snøspurv multi-client project on July 10. The Snøspurv survey was completed significantly ahead of schedule, with an average production rate of about 175km per day.  The vessel will next mobilize to commence a 5,000km contract survey for a multi-client company with an estimated value of approximately $4 million.  The survey has an estimated duration of 45-50 days.
