OGX announces new board member

OGX Petróleo e Gás Participações S.A.’s (OGX) board of directors has nominated Gilberto Carvalho Lima as exploration officer of OGX. Lima joined OGX in 2011.

Lima has more than 35 years of experience in the oil industry, having held several management positions in Petrobras exploration department, where he led the evaluation of strategic exploration projects as well as the planning and execution of exploration drilling works. He was named executive manager of geological operations in 2013.

Also serving on OGX's board are Paulo Narcélio Simões Amaral, chief executive officer, chief financial officer and investor relations officer, and Reinaldo José Belotti Vargas, production officer.
