Seven Borealis construction timeline

Subsea 7 provides this video charting the timeline of construction for its latest pipelay/heavy lift strategic enabler vessel Seven Borealis, delivered in 2012. Seven Borealis is a customized SOC 5000 model designed by ULSTEIN. The vessel's first assignment was Total’s Clov project in Block 17 off Angola. It is currently in the midst of contract with PEMEX for the installation of an 8km pipeline, related risers, two slug catchers, and two cantilever structures for the Line 67 Project in the Bay of Campeche, Mexico. Pipelay activities commenced 4Q 2013.
