Woodside selects Lloyds for inspection

Woodside Petroleum has awarded Lloyd’s Register Energy a three-year global inspection contract to help ensure components and equipment Woodside procures globally meet quality expectations.

Woodside is the largest independent oil and gas company in Australia. Lloyd’s Register Energy will provide surveillance inspection, expediting and auditing services. The contract also includes two one-year extension options.

Lloyd's Register Energy also recently won a global inspection support contract for Japanese energy company INPEX for its Ichthys LNG project in western Australia.
