Gaffney, Cline & Associates (GCA) opened a new office location in central London to complement its existing UK base in Bentley, Hampshire and international locations in Houston and Singapore.

Michael Cline, GCA principal – business strategy and legal counsel will lead the new office.

The new office will support a growing demand for GCA’s strategic and commercial advisory services from clients across the world and particularly in the financial sector. The London office will also serve as the coordination hub for GCA’s global petroleum business consulting practice.

GCA added several new hires over 2H 2014 from across the industry for business consulting.

“Even during a period of significant challenge for the industry, oil companies, lenders, insurers and traders have a need for informed and experienced strategic and commercial advice as they adjust their direction to navigate the changing conditions,” says Cline. “GCA’s track record of supporting clients for more than 50 years means that we have seen more industry cycles than most individuals can remember, and that kind of experience is important for our clients just now.”

The office, located near to Charing Cross Station, is close to London’s financial and government centers.
