Civmec lands Prelude FLNG gig

Technip Oceania has awarded Civmec a fabrication contract for 17 subsea jumper spools and associated lifting equipment for Shell’s Prelude FLNG project.

Civmec said it has gained valuable experience through the delivery of spools for another Technip subsea project and will commence work immediately.

The recent award, which adds to the list of contracts Civmec has already secured on the project, will be delivered by the oil and gas division.
