Sevan Drilling has announced yet another delivery deferral agreement for the Sevan Developer.

This time, the delay has been extended to 30 June 2017 to “complete and finalize negotiations.” Other terms of the deferral agreement have not been amended, including the right to refund the final investment, says Sevan.

The rig, which was expected to delivered more than three years ago in April 2014 to Cosco Shipyard, has seen several delays.
