Well 35/9-13 will be drilled from the Songa Enabler drilling facility after completing the drilling of wildcat well 7317/9-1 for Statoil in production license 718.

The drilling program for well 35/9-13 relates to the drilling of a wildcat well in production license 682.

The area in this license consists of the central and northwestern parts of block 35/9. The well will be drilled about 10km northeast of the Gjøa field.

Production license 682 was awarded on 8 February 2013 in APA 2012. This is the first well to be drilled in the license.

The permit is contingent upon the operator securing the other permits and consents that are required by other authorities prior to commencing the drilling activity.

Bayerngas Norge is the operator with an ownership interest of 30%, with partners Capricorn Norge (30%), Wellesley Petroleum (20%) and Petoro (20%).
