Lundin takes North Sea stakes

Lundin Norway has agreed to acquire a 35% interest in production licenses 674 in the North Sea.

The deal comprises acquiring 15% interest from Petrolia Norway and a 20% interest of a carve out area of PL674 from operator E.ON. Petrolia and E.ON currently each hold 50% interest. 

PL674 is east of PL501/265, where the Johan Sverdrup field is located, and covers an area of 1027sq km. 

These transactions remain subject to Norwegian government approval.
