Hugh Williams (pictured) will step down as chief executive of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) at the end of 2012. Subsea 7’s Andy Woolgar, current IMCA president, paid tribute to Williams’ ‘outstanding leadership’ over the past 10 years, during which the association produced around 150 new or updated good practice guides and its membership grew from 150 companies to 850.
