Odfjell Drilling awarded Aibel the yard stay contract for the rig Deepsea Bergen.

The rig will arrive at Aibel's yard in Haugesund early autumn 2015. During the stay of approximately one month, Aibel will be performing various tasks in connection with special periodic survey. This includes inspection activities and modifications within structure and piping. The planning of the yard stay starts this week.

Throughout the years, Aibel has carried out modifications and maintenance on more than 100 rigs in Haugesund.

Deepsea Bergen is from 1983 and owned by Odfjell Drilling. Most recently, the rig has been used for activities for Statoil at the fields Skuld, Åsgard and Heidrun.
