Antrim Energy entered into an agreement with AzEire to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Antrim's Ireland subsidiary, Antrim Exploration (Ireland) Ltd. in a US$250,000 in cash deal.
The deal is expected to close by 25 November.
