LQT bags single lift project

Published

LQT Industries was awarded the refurbishment and outfitting of a single lift accommodations facility for an oil and gas company.

LQT is providing project management, procurement, and construction teams to complete the project. The project consists of demolition and refurbishment of the two story single lift main living quarters. LQT is replacing the majority of the interior of the facility including the electrical, fire and safety, HVAC, walls, flooring, insulation, and plumbing. The project is being executed at a topside facility in Louisiana and is scheduled for completion in Q3 2017.

“This is the second single lift project awarded this year for LQT’s New Construction and Refurbishment Division,” says Peter Reeves of LQT. “LQT’s track record of completing projects on time and on budget makes LQT an important vendor in this market. LQT has multiple projects underway including the construction and outfitting of blast resistant modules for a petrochemical facility and the interior construction of a three story single lift for an international oil and gas exploration company.”
