DOF Subsea has purchased the remaining shares in Canadian Subsea Shipping Co.
Before the transaction, DOF Subsea owned 45 % of the shares in the company.
Canadian Subsea Shipping Co. has a newbuild vessel under construction at Vard Group in Norway.
