Shyamal Bhattacharya taken over as operations director at ONGC Videsh

Shyamal Bhattacharya has taken over as operations director at Indian state oil company subsidiary ONGC Videsh. An acknowledged authority on IOR, he once headed the Institute of Reservoir Studies in Ahmedabad.
