ITT plans to invest $22 million in its Seneca Falls, NY, manufacturing operations and R&D laboratory to better serve the global oil & gas market. The corporation is in the process of adding Bornemann Pumps to its existing Goulds Pumps brand. The expansion project, expected to be completed by 4Q 2013, includes construction of a 75,000ft2 facility focusing on highenergy pump packages and a new 8000hp performance test facility.

Maritime design, engineering and risk management consultancy BMT has acquired Western Australian marine and coastal specialists Oceanica Consulting.
