ABB’s former Commerce Street site in Aberdeen has relocated to Altens to become the group’s UK base for oil & gas, marine and turbocharger service and spare parts as well as strengthening its consultancy organisation. ABB said it planned to add significantly in 2012 and beyond to the 100 or so engineers, consultants and support staff currently employed in Aberdeen.
