Aker Solutions is strengthening its presence in northern Norway with the acquisition of Sandnessjøen Engineering, which has for 20 years supplied engineering and project management services to the oil & gas and construction industries in the Sandnessjøen area. The company will continue to be headed up by Halvard Lie and will work closely with Aker’s new Tromsø office.
