India contracts for Wood Group

Wood Group has won new contracts in India worth more than US$10 million.

Wood Group GTS has secured two contracts to supply its EcoValue gas turbine compressor water-wash systems. The first order is to supply the EcoValue technology, which will be commissioned on offshore platforms in the Mumbai region off India. This contract includes nine water-wash systems to support 22 gas turbines, as well as a five-year maintenance agreement for 10 operational offshore platforms.

A second contract was awarded by a large electric utility in New Delhi for the supply of two EcoValue compressor water-wash systems to be installed at a gas-fired power station.
