Petrobras Nears Deal With SBM Offshore for Two Sergipe FPSOs

Brazil's state-run oil firm Petrobras' negotiation with SBM Offshore for two floating oil and gas production vessels (FPSO) for its Sergipe deepwater project is done, an executive from the company said on Thursday.

The contract for the FPSOs is set to be signed soon, the executive added. The vessels will be named P-81 and P-87, Chief Executive Magda Chambriard said during a press conference to detail investments in the state of Sergipe.
