Wood Group,Trac team up in Australia

Wood Group Kenny Pty Ltd. (WGK) and TRAC Oil & Gas Pty Ltd. (TRAC) signed a formal MoU for the provision of integrated integrity management, inspection, verification, non-destructive testing (NDT) and rope access solutions to conventional oil, coal seam gas (CSG), floating FLNG and LNG projects across Australia.

The MoU was signed in January 2014, and will enable both companies to jointly provide integrated and cost-effective engineering and site services solutions to clients, while also maintaining technical independence. The MoU will tap into an estimated US$89.7million of market-potential work per year.
