Xcite Energy selected AGR's well construction planning software P1 to support the planning and development of the Bentley field, one of the largest in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf.

The use of the software and the associated procedures allow risks and opportunities to be examined in the design phase, with well costs viewed as a range of likely outcomes.

From planning onwards, P1 can be used to monitor and improve well-construction performance and to evaluate options in the event of a problem.
