Equinor Hires Havila Shipping PSV

Norway's Havila Shipping  has entered into a charter contract with Equinor UK for the platform supply vessel (PSV) Havila Borg.

The offshore service vessel (OSV) operator said in a press release that the contract was for approximately four months for the Havila Borg.

The 2009-built vessel was most recently on a contract with Total that ended in August.  

The Havila Borg was built by Havyard Tomrefjord in 2009. The Havyard 832-design vessel is 78.6 meters long, 17.60 meters wide with a deadweight of 3,787 tonnes, and can accommodate 31 people.
 
Havila Shipping ASA operates 22 vessels; platform supply vessel, anchor handling tug supply vessel, rescue- and recovery vessel and subsea construction vessel.
